If you've ever raced in the rain you'll sit in awe of what those guys just did. Last weekend at Buttonwillow it started to rain 3 laps into our 12 lap race. Every lap the course was different, with parts of the track having reasonable traction and others like glass. The car would shiver and move without any warning. I managed to stay smooth and keep a bunch of wavers in check until about lap 9 when I was being pressured. I turned-in fine then without warning the rear end just snapped out and I was sliding sideways through the dirt. Got back on track after losing a position or two and tiptoed to the finish with my lone wiper smearing mud across the windshield.
Those guys have mad skillz...
