Interesting.
I'm not familiar with this 'Series' of racing.
I can understand racing rule books, IE: motor specs., cubic inch limits, power adder limits, etc. ...but a horse power limit?
Someone enlighten me. Or was the writer of the article off base on why he was relegated to the rear of the grid?
