Ok, maybe not. We can't compete with NC for scenery. However, we do have great jobs, low cost of living, and 90% of what big cities have to offer. Oh yeah, and I can make it from one side of town to the other, in rush hour, in about 20 minutes. Not bad for a metro area of almost 600k people. We've been picked in several "best places to live" pieces in national magazines, most recent I remember is Forbes.
