I think its most important that you get a car that suits you, buying other than pretty much just exactly what you want is sometimes not a good thing. That said, in my book this car rings all the right "general" bells. I don't care for the interior color, but I think thats something one can get used to.

If it suits you I would suggest talking to the owner immediately, and maybe putting down a deposit contingent to a clean PPI. I think the mileage and history are almost PERFECT, low overall miles, but a good recent history of driving it 5k a year for the last 6 years.

Real estate is location location location, Porsche its condition condition condition.
