Exactly! Bond was Flemming's alter ego. And Flemming was an ultra conservative Torry who believed highly in the British Empire as the elite example to all the world. He'd roll in his grave if he could see what's been done to his character.
Moneypenny - a couple times I thought she and Bond came very close to "the deed," but alas, I don't think it ever happened. Right?
