I do believe I said "is facing..." in my original post, which would indicate, at least to me, that he has not yet been sentenced, but that is what the possible sentence is.

As to actually doing something about, thank you for pointing our that sentencing guidelines are in front of the Supreme Court and what can actually be done.

If anyone really cares and is paying attention, they would know that the federal sentencing guidelines are in front of the US Supreme Court today. Contacting your local member of Congress to suggest some Congressional oversight over whatever comes out of the Supreme Court would probably do better to stave off the ruination of American than posting here.
