I read about these kids in small business fortune magazine. They started a t-shirt website out of highschool that now makes $16 mil a year, 28 employees, etc.
The brilliant part is that the designs used are select through a online voting competition which gives cash for the best 6 designs. So the gets 100's of design a month for $12k. They have sold out EVERY shirt ever produce.
