The rest of us would prefer to die happy, fat and sassy... PS, my cholesterol was 165 the last time I checked it so not to worry.

Totally agree and there is nothing like cajun cooking. One of our old instructors in Dallas is a coon-a$$ and he starts the classes off by saying "we can sit here in class or we can go to my farm 20 miles East and hunt, fish and talk about things there. We then end up with some of my Gumbo and when you have all passed the exam its time for a sip of something fine"....
No one ever wanted to stay in the classroom after that. Mr. LeBlanc is a man after my heart!
