Would like to give my Pelican Brothers a little secret of Mine. Whenever I make a trip to Houston, I stop at a small but famous smokehouse in Hilje Texas called Prasek's. Very good quality and I would recommend the Venison and Buffalo jerky. My favorite is the thin unpeppered Beef. If you go to their website you can order what you would like. You Will not be disappointed in their quality. If you place an order make sure you get at least one link of the dried Pork/Beef Jalapeno sausage ( It is great with cheese and crackers, you Willl order more!). The beef sticks are great for the kids. You can also order Mesquite bean Jelly and Chilepotine Jelly (Spelled right?) They are great!
