Yes, I was a kid in 1958.
Wow, hadn't thought about that bike in years. It had 3 speeds. Not like new types with multiple sprockets and de-railers. It had an internal setup in the rear hub (almost like a differential?) Wierd setup.
Note $80 price tag! My mother put down $10 and they financed it (I paid with my paper route, weekly).

That's the one! It was "the" bike for my grade school set....of course, many quickly stripped the fenders and other non essentials.  My clunky old Huffy didn't have a prayer of keeping up. I don't think Lance Armstrong could have kept up with the average Corvette rider if he'd been forced to ride a Huffy...
