Here is a good read on comparisons on different boost methods. Granted in this case the Turbo car shows up way ahead because of a better long runner intake manifold, but it's good to read nonetheless. Of significance is the difference in what the boost curves look like between all three styles of compressors. The boost curves tell a lot about what really happens.
