Well...perhaps one of the company execs will take a trip to Juarez and end up taking a wrong turn. That experience might convince them to bring the jobs back.
Check out Columbus/Palomas border crossing to the west if you want to do sightseeing/shopping without having to look over your shoulder...there are some excellent restaurants on the Mexican side.
