Under $700 there is really nothing short of a chip that will do anything for the car. Most chips do not do anything in terms of power but help smooth out the powerband and some raise the rev limiter. You can go with a more aggressive cam but they are costly. The JME cam is the only one i have heard any feed back about. Its $750 or $850 now and is proven from anywhere between 12 and 18hp depending on your setup. The problem with most cam's however is that it shifts the powerband and more often than not hurts the low end.
