Funny - we just went through this with an extensive home remodel. My wife rattled off a bunch of things she wanted, 10 ft ceilings, new kitchen, etc - she then finished and said - what do you want. Mine were centered around the garage, tall enough for a lift - extended. and an ice machine in the kitchen for the boat... that's it.
Don't sell the car -
