I also have to agree with Dean. Not to accuse anyone of being wrong, but without any real proof, it may just seem to be faster (rather than you just wasted $200). Porsche has always built very well engineered cars, and while technology has evolved, I doubt you can improve on the N/A engine alot. All you are doing is raising the rev limit and changing the timing, which overall I would have to say is taking away from the "safety margin" that Porsche left, so the engine would last and be a good street car... So by having more revs, you may get a small more power (torque curve is most affective at 4-5k anyways, correct...?) but you may end up with more mechanical problems then stock... Just my thought, not trying to be offensive, and anyone else's input would be appreciated as well.
