A little more background may be in order. I sold my '71 FJ40 Landcruiser before we bought the Outback. Rust had gotten ahead of me after almost 30 years of ownership and half a million faithful miles. It went to a good home; an old four wheeling buddy is completely restoring it. Anyway, little brother was merciless when the Soob showed up as its "replacement", although it was anything but. It's my wife's car ("yeah right", he says; "like Kerry's 'wife's' Suburban..."). My daily driver is a '70 Beetle. Anyway, what goes around comes around. I'm not gonna let up on this one until he whines to mom to make me stop... This is too good of an opportunity to let pass. He'll be out for Christmas, and I'm sure he already knows what's coming.
