So the guy was driving without a license plate, and used an ID that was obviously not his. He was caught because he is good old fashioned, country-style STUPID.

What I find really scary is how someone like him could go undetected, if they had a bit more brains and resources. The scariest guys are the clean-cut, methodical monsters who have brains & support to go about their business and not get caught. The guys who look like our neighbors and friends. THAT is scary.
