I think you need to add an option to the poll -- "No, but bad winter". Well, we have mild winters in the DC/MD/NoVA area, though the locals think they're harsh. I have no garage and drive my p-car year round. I do have a cover for it, as I do not use the p-car to go the mile each way to the metro during the week -- just for nights and weekends. I'm going to Germany on Friday and am having a PCA buddy babysit my car for me -- not in his garage though.
