It was rusty from outdoor storage. I had to grind everything clean, lubricate and paint it, re-assemble and rewire the motor and controls for 575 Volts.
I've spent an hour a day on it since I picked up just after Labour Day.
Just the ramps and the drive belts were missing. I'm going to lag it today and make my first 'hoist' tomorow.
