Toby, I do the exact same thing! In fact, I was just heading to weather.com to check on the 28th. I love driving at the track in rain, but not at Mosport - it's just simply too dangerous because of high speeds and close concrete walls. I end up spending so much of the time puckered that it's just really not fun. To make things worse, Mosport sits in a bit of a glen which seems to be a weather zone unto itself. The weather report comes from the nearest town which is about 30km away and, other than large systems moving through, bears no resemblance whatsoever to the weather at the track. But on other tracks with generous run-off room it's a blast. A great way to learn how to regain control of your car when you lose it!
