a local magazine in Belgium once took a bunch of monkeys, and pitched them against a bunch of established stock brokers, then had them pick stocks over a course of i think 3 months
with weekly adjustments possible
don't ask me how exactly they determined what the monkeys wanted, it was 4-5 years ago lost the magazine, but monkeys beat the brokers , and not even just a little bit, the monkeys had something like a 40% gain on their stocks, and the brokers came close to making a loss...
