Well I give up. No one is interested in doing the foundation job on my house. To risky,to much work not enough money yadda yadda.
So I have two more options I can think of:
1 Tear off the front of the house that needs the foundation work, rebuils bigger n' better. I would need an architect for sure...so any architechs in the house? I have no clue how to select or what pricing is like.
2 Tear down the whole farking thing and put up a modular. Any in house experience with modulars?
BTW I didn't get the Napa Valley job.
