I have to agree with all of the above. A 99 is not even a collectable, it was the first year of the 996 and they had big engine troubles. That is why they don't hold the value, like for say a nice 993 does.
I would be all kinda afraid of that car, sitting for 9 years with 480 miles? That guys is an idiot, read his e-bay listing sounds like a jerk too!
Don't buy it if you intend to drive it offten, otherwise you will be pouring money into it.
