They say that just like you can't be right all the time, you can't be wrong all the time too. But you might be the exception to that rule.
Do you even know what you are talking about? More moonshine?
most of these homes are high end homes, they all have insurance.

Interesting. Do the have TV in your area? It seems like ALL might be a little presumptuous.
I don't think so, if you are buying a home or own a home in a fire prone area, you have fire insurance. Not a big stretch for most people to think about. Maybe a little tough for you. sorry.
They might get the low interest loans to rebuild, but unlike some places, I believe this will be handled in a couple years. I haven't even heard of looting or rapes, killings or muggings here.

A little different situation. As bad as you might consider this to be, it's small in comparison to Katrina. But I bet the real reason is that Californians are just inherently superior right? At least by looking at it that way, you are superior to someone in some way.
It looks like you may be right about you anyway.
I doubt if any of these people were on welfare or even out of work. They will rebuild.

Your ignorance knows no depths. There are fine neighborhoods that used to be full of fine people in NO (though not Californians), that had insurance that still cant rebuild due to government issues. If you breach the Nevada border , you;ll find that the rest of the country does not live in a ghetto, on welfare, dependent on you.
Glad to hear that, when you get a chance, check a map, California is also bordered by Mexico, Arizona, and Oregon. And, you still have that reading comprehension issue.
