You must be very good at two jobs:
-Construction work,
-Businessman.
A friend in Pasadena has buit a painting business on one main principal: Show up when you say you will show up. The radius he is willing to travel has gotten smaller and smaller as his phone is busier and busier. In his contract, he puts a penalty per day if he is not done on time. He schedules accordingly, finishes on time, and doesn't ever have to pay the penalty.
He is also able to charge top dollar.
