Unless I'm mistaken or don't understand correctly... I think you mean 120 degrees and 240 degrees in your sentence...not 60 degrees and 120 degrees ( respectively) .....
You can stay on one side of the engine... if you turn the crank at 240 degree intervals instead of the normal 120 degree intervals...in other words.
