considering I paid 24k for my 84 cab back in 98, 12k is a !good! deal. I don't see how you're going to talk someone down from 12k on a Carrera unless it's trashed! Now, mine was at the time all original and basically perfect externally....I've never seen a 3.2 for less than 16k in so cal...
