I actually liked his responses here, although to say something is not a drug because it is a leaf is a bit of a stretch.
His point, I think, is that what the HELL does anything like smoking pot 30 years ago have to do with the job a public servant is doing today?
Anyhow, my knowlege of Californian politics is admittedly limited, so I am curious how people living there think he is doing? From what I know, he certainly has a lot of charisma and manages to be charming. How are his policies working?
