I think if you are worth more than $100 million dollars, and you were worth that when before meeting a person you are going to get married to, you must have a prenup.
Here's what I would do- prenup, which states that upon divorce from me, all she gets is standard child-support. The same kind a working guy making $50k a year would have to pay. It would state that upon my death, she gets $50k. That's it.
If she refused to sign, I'd know where I stood.
Secretly, my lawyer would know that if I died of normal circumstances, she'd get everything. But only I would know that.
