I would avoid Dualit!
We bought this POS several years ago.
It was a huge waste of money.
It has never made a good piece of toast. You have to flip the bread top to bottom and reverse at least once during each use. Even if you warm the stupid toaster for 20 minutes it doesn't help.
I tried several times to contact Dualit customer service, but they never answered. (By the time we realized how bad this toasted sucked, we had gone past the retailer's return policy.)
I would recommend buying something cheap at target or wally world. I could have bought one of each for what this POS cost!
