anyone here have experience "cutting out" complex shapes in metal foils using an acid-etching technique?
Our waterjet cutter, who did an excellent job with 1/4 inch Aluminum sheet, says he can't cut multiple layers of foil.
Any ideas on how I can make these in production quantities using various foils?
