Someone used the word "earn" in regards to her money. I'm not sure if that is the term I would use. I mean, how do you EARN multiple millions of dollars? Exactly what could you do that would be WORTH that amount? I know that obviously people are paying her, but receiving money for something and earning it are two different things in my opinion.

I have a fair number of diabetics who are walking around on TWO feet, because of my efforts that would give me a big sack of cash if they had it.
One guy that springs to mind had more than one guy tell him he needed his leg off, I took off part of his foot(trans meta-tarsal amp), about two inches this side of where your toes attach to your foot) lenghtened his achilles tendon(which is CRUCIAL for the success of this type of amp) I believe medicaid (state administered, federally funded indigent medical program)paid me $200 for the amp, said the achilles lenghtening was not necessary and paid nothing for that, even after several appeals. Included in his care was all follow up, for a week in the hospital and several months after in the office. 90 minutes of surgery, plus total of perhaps 5 or 6 hours in hospital and office(plus travel time to hospital), plus dressing materials as it all fell in the 90 day global period.
If you asked Johnny about it, he would value my efforts at much greater than $200. If he had Britney or Oprah money, I would be rollin' a Carrera GT painted a retina damaging color of yellow. Oprah has some jacked up feet, I have seen pics, if only she would turn up at the ER with a rotten couple of toes...
