Ok, my turn. I sent him the following:
Hello, I just wanted to inform you that I, and others, are onto your scams and are in the process of taking civil and criminal action. You are attempting to sell a vehicle(s) that you do not possess, easily proven by the fact that 1) the car is not yet in production; 2) the description you have given is clearly in error; and 3) the VIN # has been confirmed as fictitious. Even attempting to sell these vehicles is fraud, even if no one sends any money. We are also tracking your auctions and your high bidders; should you defraud them of any money our suit against you will only get stronger. You have already committed a series of felonies, and having crossed state lines in the process, are now in federal jurisdiction as well. Yahoo and EBay are assisting and cooperating with us as well in obtaining your IP address and true identity. Whether you are a grown adult aware of the scams you are attempting or some punk kid with nothing better to do is irrelevant, I (as a practicing IP and internet attorney) and others (including friends of mine in the Justice Department) take these sorts of activities seriously, and the consequences for them are equally severe. I look forward to meeting you personally; I am sure it will be in court with you shackled and in cuffs.
