I just got done posting on a Bush-bashing thread, so I've got that on my mind. But.......it has always been my impression that Dubya is playing Rockem-Sockem-Robots while Middle Eastern leaders are playing Chess. Not only has Dubya lost every round so far, he will not understand what happened when it is all over and he is humiliated.

Yes indeed, there can be something between cause and effect. Between attack and response. That thing that can be inserted in between........is strategy. Management. Decision-making.
