Make sure you're not getting confused between the recall clearance letter you need from PCNA (or an authorized dealership service dept) and the emissions compliance [b]label[/] - they're 2 different things. You don't need the recall clearance letter to get across the border, just to show at the RIV inspection at Canadian Tire.
