First off have you sat in a car with those seats mounted to the stock mounts? It is possible you may have enough head room. Also another thought is to mount the seats directly to the mounts seat adapters with no sliders. The seat will be in a fixed position so you will need to insure the correct location.
You more than likely will need to relocate the DME box under the seat before any of these alterations.
