OK just got back from the shop. We confirmed that the ECU was set incorrectly and set it to 6 teeth before the missing tooth. It appears that the TDC center mark on the pully was out by 10deg.
I am aboutt o jump in it and take it to T&D automotive in Brisbane 7hours away. So I will not be able to post for a few days.
