Yea, I heard about the TV thing and how it screwed many SB parties in Vegas Casinos last year.
You are correct in your assessment, no rebroadcast of actual video or audio.
I know that MLB had a big fight with the Fantasy sports websites a year or two ago where they argued they owned the rights to the stats and the sites should have paid for the rights to use them. MLB lost.
