It's an autocross car built by KBS with 500cc snowmobile engine. Only 100 hp but weighs 800 pounds with driver. Road racers claim they go 130 at Watkins Glen. I ran a lot at Englishtown near you when I lived up there, but in Tennessee now, run at Huntsville, Nashville and Atlanta.
The car has won Solo Nationals in Topeka with my wife driving - I always seem to have mechanical issues there. As with any racecar, it's an ongoing thing.
