I guess if I thought my only chance to stay out of federal prison was to make counter accustions (gulp) I would consider it too. In Barry's case, he's a jerk and he isn't "considering it, he thinks he KNOWS its based on race.

Of course it might have helped if Palmero and even McGwire had been indicted for contempt of Congress though wouldn't it?!
