The boat pictured on eBay is the Kineo, designed by Porsche Design at Zell am See, and powered by a 928 engine. Built in 1985, only 3 are known to exist. One is here: http://porschekineo.com/

Currently, Rinspeed owns the rights to the Kineo design.
