I use Chevron and Shell when I cannot find Chevron.Gas does make a difference,I got a tank of bad gas once in my Corvette and had to pull the tank and flush the system, a costly mistake.
My mechanic suggested that I only get gas from a brand name station (Ihad bought the gas from a Mom and Pop country store)
When I finally grew up and got my Porsche I remembered this and only get my gas from new looking stations.
