That knee bar nut is definitely one of the hardest. Here are a few other contenders:
A couple of the dash mounting nuts.
Any of the rear alternator shroud nuts.
Right side (rear fender well) Targa bar/ hoop cover nuts.
Exterior front fender mounting nuts (top rear, closest to door).
Turn signal/parking light assembly mounting nuts.
Rear bumperette mounting nuts.
