Well here is a simple oerdeuve that was being demoed at Costco...
Take a slice of Salami, put a thin piece of Cheddar cheese on top and put a piece of Sun Dried Tomatoe on top of the Cheddar cheese ..put under the broiler to melt the cheese...place the salami with melted cheese and sun dried tomatoe on a gourmet cracker...and serve...
Not bad for such a simple little recipe...huh?
