Here are the "performance/street" alignment settings I use that offer a great compromise between handling and tire wear:
Front camber: -1.0
Front caster: 6.1
Front toe: .05
Front cross camber: 0.0
Front cross caster: 0.0
Total toe: .09
Rear camber: -1.8
Rear toe: .09
Total toe: .18
Also, here are some numbers from the last time I had the car on the scales (weight balanced):
Left front: 614lb.
Right front: 612lb.
Left rear: 945lb.
Right rear: 874lb.
Total weight: 3045lb. (170 lb. in the front driver's seat, 1/2 tank of fuel).
