Respectfully, don't start deleting programs unless you know your way around. First look at the drive(s), and see what's taking up the space (probably not programs). If you don't know how to do that, then is there someone that can help you?
ps: I'm not saying David's suggestions aren't spot on, but they shouldn't be done haphazardly.
