For me my family tops the list; my wife, two daughters, four grandchildren, and my brothers and sister who all live in my area. Last December I was diagnosed with polycystic kidney desease. My kidney function is currently below 20% and I'm looking at a transplant or dialysis in the very near future. It changes your perspective a bit on what's important, what you've taken for granted.
