I recently had my Fluid changed. The Porsche Dealer mechanic took it on his own to use Porsche Syn Fluid.

It supposed to be better on my 915 tranny but now makes more noise then what the PO put in, I assume Swepco. In the A.M. moving off a driveway ramp, I hear a rumble sound from what I discovered was my "Limited Slip Differential".

Is there any harm in leaving the Syn Fluid or should I change it back to Swepco right away? I have no performance issues.

Side note, I do like the sound of my baby now, it sounds more throaty and louder.

Any comments?

Yeah I know I should DIY, but I hate doing oil and tranny fliud changes, too dang messy and I don't have a garage. My neighbors at my condo would be quite annoyed by spilling oil/fluid on the common parking lot.
