If you do not mind a little commute, look Northwest of Orlando, like Tavares. Hilly, twisty roads, rural area.

Also the Martin Sports Car club puts on some fun Autocrosses there. They also do a Mini Prix on the road course test track in Gainesville once a year.

I would take some time and explore the area Altomonte Springs is nice too.

Its been almost 20 years since I lived in Orlando so my info is a little dated. I would honestly take a couple of weeks and look the entire area over including the burbs.
