Yes, that's Ali.
My brother was his personal guard when he visited the UN in Afghanistan about two years ago. He got a gorgeous signed poster of him with this photo embossed into it too.
Bro was pretty happy that day. He guarded many stars, but this was the only one he photographed and cherished.
